Over the weekend you can learn more about the outstanding educationalist, John Henry Brookes, tour his namesake multi-award-winning building and get creative with fun family activities. Weekend highlights include:
- Join a guided tour of the new John Henry Brookes Building every hour on the hour (last tour begins at 4pm)
- Step into history with our 150th anniversary team
- Get a preview of the World Press Photo 2014, On Solid Ground from Panos Pictures and Home exhibitions as part of Photography Oxford Festival
- 12pm - 1pm (Saturday only)
Local author, Bryan Brown, will be offering a taste of his upcoming biography of John Henry Brookes, the spiritual founder of the University
- 11am - 3pm (Saturday only)
Kids can get hands-on to create tasty masterpieces, build cities of the future and magnify the world around them
Visit one of the building's new cafes for coffee, lunch or a special kids' offer!
