The 'Phonics and early Reading' Conference is the first in our programme of conferences for Primary partnership schools this year.

The conference is aimed at all teachers and support staff working in our partnership primary schools and one FREE place is available to all schools that are supporting a Brookes ITT student in 2012 - 13.  Other places cost £100 each.

Keynote speaker:

Professor Henrietta Dombey, Professor of Literacy in Primary Education at Brighton University

Workshops:

Use of drama strategies to develop understanding
Making phonics interactive
Activities for phonological awareness
