SJS/ISA Caribbean Law Conference: Constitutional Reform and the Commonwealth Caribbean: Democratic Legitimacy and Constituent Power

The Small Jurisdictions Service, together with the Institute for the Study of the Americas is hosting a conference ‘Democratic Legitimacy and Constituent Power in the context of the Commonwealth Caribbean’ convened by Dr. Derek O’Brien.

Professor Simeon McIntosh, formerly Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of the West Indies; Dr. Joel Colon-Rios of Victoria University of Wellington Law School, and; Susan Dickson, Legal Advisor to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office have agreed to present papers.
