Developments in digital technology and the growth of social media in particular have changed the way many of us live our lives. Improved social connectivity and business performance are some of the benefits we associate with advances in technology but how is it really impacting society? Join Prof Chris Yapp and explore some of the real consequences of the digital world.

Professor Chris Yapp is a technology and policy futurologist. Chris has been in the IT industry since 1980. His roles have spanned Honeywell, ICL, HP, Microsoft and Capgemini. He is a Fellow of the BCS and a Fellow of the RSA.
