After a career as a leader in the civil service, most recently at the Home Office and now head of the National Trust, one of the largest UK charities, Helen will look back at the lessons she has learnt about how – and how not – to be a good leader.
She will draw on historical and personal examples in this lecture, to explore what is needed to be a leader and the importance of understanding your strengths and weaknesses.
