TBC, Gibbs Building, Headington Campus
As part of the STAMINa Mentoring Network initiative we are holding a free workshop for those interested in launching a mentoring scheme or developing an existing scheme on Thursday 27th April at Oxford Brookes University.
The workshop will include sessions on the principles of sustainable mentoring schemes, managing mentoring scheme data and developing effective mentoring resources. There will be interactive sessions and a ‘ask the panel’ plenary towards the end of the day. The workshop will launch the case studies, frequently asked questions and mentoring resources we are developing as the network and which will be available on our website
The STAMINa Mentoring Network is a group of mentoring champions and coordinators who want to share their knowledge and learning about how to run sustainable mentoring programmes. The network is for all organisations, regardless of size or sector, and whether you are thinking about running a new mentoring scheme within an organization or across several organisations, or even reviving an existing scheme. The network is based upon the ‘Sharing Good Practice in Mentoring scheme growth and sustainability’ project supported by the University of Oxford’s ESRC Impact Acceleration Account.’
