Donald Sloan, Head of Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism Management at Oxford Brookes, recently appeared on BBC Radio 4's 'The Food Programme.'

The programme, broadcast on Sunday 11 May, focused on the work that has been going on to restore New Orleans' farms, markets and cuisine following Hurricane Katrina in 2005 and included an in depth report from the City.
