Food at Brookes sponsors the Oxford Food and Drink Festival

Oxford Brookes University’ Food at Brookes is sponsoring this year’s Oxford Food and Drink Festival which will be held on Sunday 16 October in the city.
Alongside local chefs cooking up a storm on the kitchen stage in Gloucester Green, Executive Chef at Oxford Brookes Daniel Perea will be hosting a cooking demonstration on the topic of cooking on a budget.
Phillipa Fletcher, Head of Commercial Operations at Oxford Brookes University said: “We are excited to be a part of Oxford Food and Drink Festival’s celebration of local food. It is going to be a fantastic showcase of everything that is great about food and drink in Oxford all in one place.”
