In light of the latest 'Stay at Home' Covid-19 guidance, Brookes Print is now running limited operational hours until further notice to fulfill essential printing requirements. The Post and Stores at Headington is currently on limited operational hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm
We appreciate that you may still be expecting deliveries for your areas and therefore, would ask that you contact both the supplier and courier to make alternative delivery arrangements. Where necessary, please include the current stores opening hours within the delivery instructions.
In line with government guidelines, we will be limiting the time that our post room staff spend on site. Therefore, we will only process post and parcels that are critical to the University’s current operation. Please see below guidance for further detail.
- Non-essential items - please arrange for the delivery to be put on hold or cancelled.
- Essential items including IT equipment - please confirm the exact delivery date with the supplier and call Security on 01865 48 3060 to inform them of impending delivery. Please provide your contact details to Security. The Security team will accept the items and place them in a secure location, pending space availability and safe working practices.
- Ongoing deliveries of perishable or frozen items for labs - it is crucial that you include a contact phone number and instructions for the courier to call you when arriving on site. Please include the current stores opening hours within the delivery instructions.
- Business-critical finance, legal and VC Office post - alternative arrangements have been put in place and the relevant departments informed.
