The Chartered Surveyor degree apprenticeship is a five year course which develops the behaviours and skills required for a career as a chartered surveyor practicing in Real Estate, through the Commercial Property Surveyors or Valuation Surveyors pathways.
On completion successful apprentices will gain a BSc (Hons) degree in Real Estate and hold the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence enabling them to become full chartered members of RICS.
This programme is subject to the validation and accreditation by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
The course typically runs for 5 years, and apprentices study all year round, attending intensive workshop blocks over the course of the year and completing the remainder of their study and assessments through online learning.
