2021 entry for all apprenticeship standards will go ahead unless government restrictions and social distancing requirements around Covid-19 make the delivery of the programme unfeasible. Detailed information on programme changes would be sent to pre-enrolled students and their employers prior to confirming their place on the apprenticeship.
Organisations looking to develop aspiring and existing leaders and professionals and strengthen their strategic capabilities. Scott Cocks is an MBA Senior Leader apprentice, working at DAF Trucks and studying at Oxford Brookes University. In this video he talks about his experience on the current Senior Leader Degree Apprenticeship. At present the Senior Leader Degree Apprenticeship is being reviewed and the new format may differ from what is portrayed in the video.
The duration of the course, is agreed with the employer and apprentice during the sign-up. Apprentices study the equivalent of one day a week 'off the job' training both online and on-campus in intensive blocks and attend two residential workshops. Progress in the workplace will be monitored through regular contact between the employer, apprentice and tutors.
An End Point Assessment
The End Point Assessment must demonstrate that the apprentice has the knowledge, skills and behaviours expected of a senior leader.
We have partnered with the following employers to deliver a high-quality MBA Senior Leader Degree Apprenticeship programme. Going forwards we welcome new employers to partner with us on our newly revalidated Senior Leader Degree Apprenticeship.
