    Real Estate Management

Before coming to Brookes Istudied for my A-Levels in Geography, Economics and Government & Politics at Mill Hill School, in North London. I chose Brookes mainly for two reasons. First being its great reputation for Real Estate and this is something I picked up on during my work experience prior to applying to university. Secondly was the university itself and its location. Studying in Oxford is a factor in itself. I also visited several other universities offering similar courses and Brookes by far had the best feel.

I had an amazing three years studying here. I found that the practical nature of the coursework especially, really prepared me for life in the working world. The lecturers and staff all vested a huge amount of time in helping us get the most out of our time at Brookes which was invaluable. The best bits have to be the people. I still see all my course friends on a weekly basis. Everyone is so friendly and the university has such a great atmosphere.

My advice would be to definitely get involved in the university and societies as much as you can. The people you meet and the friends you make at university carry through to the working world. Explore Oxford too – it’s a great City with lots of hidden gems.
