Introduction to Sequencing Data Analysis

Day 1 and 2 will be workshops on generic computational skills for biologists who have little to no experience in R and/or the Linux environment and would like to gain further skills in these areas. Day 3 will be end-to-end tutorials on analyzing RNAseq and ATAC-seq (or ChIP-seq) data.
Sessions will be held from 09:30 to 12:30 in the morning and 13:30-16:30 in the afternoon. Each session will be a mix of tutorials/demos and practical exercises.
If you are planning on working with R, you are encouraged to bring your own data.
