Masters Programmes

  • Full-time: one year (maximum 2 years). Part-time: two years (max three years)

The Masters by Research aims to develop practical and analytical skills. It is based around a single research project performed over the course of 12 months. The project, which can be based on practical lab work or on bioinformatics, would be supervised by a leading expert in the student’s chosen field.

This degree is ideal for those interested in doing a PhD but who first want to maximise their research experience.
