Indoor (& Vibe) Cycling: High intensity cardio workout on stationary bikes.Body Conditioning: Fat-burning class using exercise to music. May include elements of choreography.
Cardio Combat: Highly energetic cardio workout inspired by martial arts and usually performed to music.
(Fusion) Pilates: Body conditioning based on using positioning and gravity to work the muscles.
(Vinyasa) Yoga: Exercise using slow movements and stretching. Good for increasing flexibility and balance, and relieving stress.
Circuit Training: Multi-stationed group exercise designed to work on basic elements of fitness; strength, stamina, and flexibility.
Vibe Power: Resistance Training using barbells and low repetitions, aids body toning and fat burning process.
