We are pleased to announce our new membership management and bookings system has now gone live. This includes a new membership structure designed to be clear, flexible and offer great value to all users.

Thank you for your patience over the last week while the system has been undergoing testing and preparations made ready for going live.Our new system will provide a better customer experience, fix a number of ongoing bugs as well as enable us to make other improvements over the coming months.

Please note that no changes will be made to existing members Direct Debit or access until 1st August. For the minority of members who will be affected we will contact you directly over the next few weeks with your options.

Due to the changes you may need to go to reception on your first visit and may be asked to provide proof of eligibility for any discount currently applied such as a student or staff number.

  • The Brookes Sport app has been refreshed and updated.If you have bookmarked links for making bookings online, you will need to refer to our website for the new web link.
  • Our new membership structure applies from Monday 16 April 2018 for all new members. This includes swimming now being included for those previously enjoying a Silver membership and we have reintroduced off peak gym membership for community members.
  • All our memberships now apply across both our Headington and Harcourt Hill sites.
  • There are some changes to our ‘pay as you go’ prices, however increases have been kept to a minimum. All changes to ‘pay as you go’ prices can be found on our website.
  • Eligibility for some concessions has been changed. The earliest any changes will apply to existing members is 1st August.
  • Gym members at Headington will no longer need to check into reception on each visit. Instead they must swipe their card at the door.
  • Climbing members will need to check into reception once per month.All membership and pricing information can be found on our website.
