Football is one of Oxford Brookes biggest clubs, with plenty of opportunities to play socially and competitively, and the season always finishes with a huge game against the University of Reading as part of the annual Varsity series. We also hold one of the biggest events in Oxford, with a rivalry series against the University of Oxford.

Returning in Semester 2, we will have a Recreational 5-a-side football offer available for students to play, at the Headington astro pitch.
The men's club consists of 4 performance teams who compete in BUCS competition. Trials take place to allow for squad selections at the start of the year, with a re-trial opportunity in January for semester 2.
The women's club consists of 2 performance teams who both compete in BUCS competition. Trials take place to allow for squad selections at the start of the year, with a re-trial opportunity in January for semester 2. We also have a Women's 3rd team which competes in the Oxford Colleges league at the University of Oxford, providing an opportunity for our ever-growing number of female players to compete at a higher standard.
Throughout Freshers Week and the first few weeks of Semester 1, we will be holding a series of Trial sessions to welcome newcomers to our club. Our sessions will have a limited capacity, which is why we require sign-ups ahead of each session.
For Men's trials, please sign up via this form.
For Women's trials, please join this Facebook group.
Training takes place all throughout the week at a variety of venues for Semester 1 (Monday 14th September - Sunday 6th December). In order to attend sessions, individuals require a TEAMBrookes Membership:
