Planning and managing

Planning and managing is the ability to identify, prioritise, organise and follow up a range of activities or resources.

It is evident in the ability to:

  • set long, medium and short-term goals,
  • define priorities and plan accordingly,
  • evaluate effectiveness as it happens,
  • adapt to unforeseen changes.
