Ada Lovelace Day

Oxford Brookes Business School, through rigorous research funded by the ESRC and EU amongst others, is developing new ideas and tools to ensure that women have the same access and support into a STEM career.
To support Ada Lovelace Day and celebrate the talented women in STEM, the Business School is showcasing the incredible work undertaken by our researchers who are enhancing and developing codes of practice, analysing the causes of women's underrepresentation in spinouts, developing a gender index to examine the outcomes of gender power relations in academic and industrial settings, as well identifying step changes to increase female participation in STEM.
Please explore our research pages, especially those of the Centre for Diversity Policy Research and Practice, to discover all of the amazing research into developing an equitable and fairer landscape for women in STEM.
