About the programmes

Typically, programmes will involve psychometric and 360 degree feedback, action learning and peer coaching to enable the application of learning back in the workplace.

We also deliver in a cross cultural and virtual context, providing blended solutions, established through the Developing Leadership Capability module of our online supported Global MBA and through working with clients worldwide.

We have the ability to offer certification through to accreditation on programmes including ILM qualifications and programmes.
