    Effective leadership is increasingly being seen by organisations across the globe as a key contributor to organisational success. The turbulent, diverse and dynamic environments in which most organisations are operating have placed considerable challenges in establishing credible vision and direction and engaging a range of stakeholders to work towards that vision.

    We have expertise in running leadership development programmes that deliver discernible behavioural change to support individual, team and organisational goals whilst being able to draw upon the latest research and development methods. We design and deliver a range of management and leadership programmes which include the area of performance management.  We design programmes in partnership with clients to ensure transfer of learning to the workplace.

    Typically, programmes will involve psychometric and 360 degree feedback, action learning and peer coaching to enable the application of learning back in the workplace.

    We also deliver in a cross cultural and virtual context, providing blended solutions, established through the Developing Leadership Capability module of our online supported Global MBA and through working with clients worldwide.

    We also offer accredited ILM level 3 and 5 leadership and management qualifications.
