For managers, in particular, first line managers or team leaders, who want to develop their coaching skills and other staff, academic and support, who provide one-to-one support and assistance to others in their role.
Programme content
The course content includes the role of coaching and mentoring, the benefit it brings to organisations, what makes an effective coach and some key coaching skills and techniques.
The programme comprises:
- A 2 day interactive workshop
- 2 half-day group supervision sessions
- 1:1 tutorial support
- Self-directed learning
- 6 hours coaching practice
Once you have completed the programme, you will receive the ILM Coaching Level 3 Award.
