Computing (FdSc)

Foundation Degree Fd(Sc)

The foundation degree in Computing has been developed by Oxford Brookes University and Abingdon and Witney College, where the course is delivered.

The course is primarily for people who are currently working or wish to work, in an IT/Computing related field and would like to gain a higher level qualification in recognition of their skills and knowledge. It is anticipated that a substantial portion of the course will be linked to work-based learning or to workplace simulations.

The course is taught at the college, but students will also be enrolled at Oxford Brookes and have access to many of the University’s facilities, including the library, computing services, sports centre and Students' Union.

To find out more about what it is like to study at an Oxford Brookes partner college, visit our partnership course pages.
