Young Enterprise Company of the Year Awards 2019 at Oxford Brookes University

Brookes Enterprise Support were incredibly proud to host Young Enterprise Oxfordshire here at Oxford Brookes University for their Company of the Year Awards 2019.
Brookes Enterprise Support were host to the Young Enterprise Oxfordshire Company of the Year Awards at the beginning of May. Six student companies from across schools in the area, competed to be named the Company of the Year 2019 and secure their place in the Regional Finals later this month.
Brookes Enterprise Support proudly sponsored the Innovation Award, and were incredible happy to give this award to ‘Glo’ from Oxford High School (see picture). ‘Glo’ produces unique items of jewellery aimed at raising awareness of mental health issues. Our aim here at Brookes is to nurture the entrepreneurial and enterprising traits amongst our students, and to see this happening within schools across Oxfordshire at such a young age is fantastic (and incredibly inspiring!)
‘Glo’, Oxford High School, not only received the Innovation Award, but also won the Company of the Year Award and will be representing Oxfordshire at the Regional Finals later this month.
Also represented at the Young Enterprise Oxfordshire Company of the Year Awards were Larkmead School, Our Lady’s Abingdon, Bloxham School, and Tudor Hall School. The other award winners are listed below.
