Dream Build Succeed is back for its fourth year with a panel brimming with remarkable change-makers ready to share their success stories, obstacles they overcame, and how they hustled to make their dreams into a reality. Be inspired by our star-studded panel and discover their "do's and don'ts" on the road to success. Following the panel discussion, there will be a Q&A with the audience.
Meet the WEgate community: an online platform to connect women entrepreneurs across Europe and help them grow their businesses. The panel discussion and the Q&A session will be chaired by Professor Simonetta Manfredi, Associate Dean Research and Knowledge Exchange in the Business School, also a member of the WEgate Council.

Head there to hear more from The Project PT as Co-Founder, Ajaye delivers a welcome talk, which will be followed by a rejuvenating yoga session and finished off with a delicious brunch and another opportunity to chat to The Project PT and the Tap Social teams!

This talk is about a journey to success in technology, the talk starts with a personal touch to give the attendees an insight into the presenter and organisation. The talk then goes on to discuss the theme of the talk in 2 segments first, with careers in IT, and then follows it on with the SkillStruct approach for going for a tech career. Finally, the presenter discusses key takeaways; ways students can feel empowered and get involved, and opens the floor for questions.
Making Money Work is here to show you how to enhance knowledge in personal finance using banking strategies and communicating new channels for students, staff and alumni of non-traditional backgrounds. This event aims to learn how to keep up with the latest financial trends to manage, invest, grow and create wealth.
Expect Brainstorming, Team Working and Creative Thinking – Challenge yourself to experiment with ideas and problem solving. Using real life problems, Innovation Hub students will lead this energised and active workshop to take interdisciplinary teams through their paces to come up with creative and innovative ideas to help provide possible solutions to how we could come back stronger as a community after COVID by engaging with our local Arts and Culture Organisations in the City.
OBR Autonomous is one of the top teams in the UK and it has a record in Formula Student competitions. This event is dedicated to showing how OBR trains students of different disciplines and prepares them for the future industry of Autonomous Vehicles. We will show our cool autonomous system, integrated sensors and actuators, and some demo and visuals of our vehicles. Furthermore, we will explain the joining process, so that any interested and enthusiastic student can be part of the team.

We will be running Backed By Brookes Showcase - an exhibition of startups that have been supported by Brookes Enterprise Support programmes, events, and workshops. This is your chance to try out cool products and services from startups and be inspired to make your ideas happen.
This presentation has been created in order to provide an overview of Cybercrime, Fraud, and Scams. If we all have a better understanding of the tactics used by today’s cybercriminals and fraudsters we will have a better chance of protecting ourselves.

This annual pitching ‘gala’ is a chance to celebrate the success of their business and for you to join us in their celebration.
This event takes all areas of sustainability into consideration when looking at habits. Its main aim is to promote making healthy changes in your lifestyle that reflect positively onto your business. Our panel will discuss the best and most healthy ways to include environmental, human, and social sustainability into your life, also discussing how the habits you choose to sustain most affect your decisions and overall mood.
