Timescales - updated January 2021

The University anticipates the following timeframes as part of its proposals to redevelop parts of Clive Booth Student Village:

23 November to 11 December 2020: 

Feedback invited on Oxford Brookes’ intention to submit a new planning application.

25 January - 5 February 2021: 

Sharing of more detailed plans for the site following initial feedback and further local engagement.

Early March 2021: 

Submission date of revised planning application to Oxford City Council following feedback from the local community.

Summer 2021: 

Expected date at which planning application will be determined following a further period of public consultation led by Oxford City Council.

September 2023: 

If the planning application is successful, the University hopes that the first students will be living in the redeveloped Clive Booth Student Village accommodation for the start of the 2023/24 academic year.
