  • Dissertation in Advanced Practice

    This module enables students to design and conduct a small research project relevant to their professional practice and specific Advanced Practice Masters programme. It is an opportunity to explore the professional practice dilemma identified in module P44061, Applied Research Methods, and to seek a viable solution to this practice problem by collecting primary data, undertaking secondary data analysis, conducting a clinical audit or a service evaluation for completion of the module. Students are allocated a supervisor for the duration of the module and receive individual research supervision.

  • This module can only be taken if enrolled in the following Master Programs: 

    • MSc Advanced Nursing Practice (HL73)
    • MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (HL81)
    • Integrated Drg. Apprenticeship Adv. Clinical Practitioner (HL85)
