  • Operational Management in Health and Social Care 

    This module aims to provide the student with an opportunity to examine the way in which the Health and Social Care environment utilises and controls its functions and resources. The student will examine the national and local strategic and policy framework and implementation mechanisms involved and reflect on how these operate in his/her setting. The student will seek to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness with which s/he operationalises national policy and enables its translation into organisational policy and strategy and identifies and assesses the benefit s/he is able to derive for the end user in doing so.
