Brookes Restaurant Cookery and Wine School is now an official member of the Independent Cookery School Association, (ICSA).
Oxford Brookes has climbed seven places in this year’s The Guardian University Guide and has seven subject areas listed in the top 20 in the UK.
This summer sees work continuing apace as the Clerici and former main hall buildings are transformed into modern spaces for teaching and learning.

Staff and students from Oxford School of Hospitality Management, including Brookes Restaurant have been busy and proud to be involved with the recent Oxford Literary Festival. This included hosting a dinner with Nigella Lawson and Anna Del Conte, on Sunday 26 March 2017 at the Ashmolean Museum, which was a real highlight!
In January and February 2017, Chris Cooper - Co-Director of the Centre for International Tourism and Events Management Research – was awarded competitive funding to visit Vancouver Island University (VIU) in Canada.
