The Oxford School of Hospitality Management welcomes students from more than 55 different countries. Similarly our staff come from all over the world.
Exposure to a wide range of cultures, reflects the nature of the hospitality industry and prepares you for an international career.
It's not just about theoretical learning, there are also opportunities to go on field trips and volunteer in locations such as Romania and Kenya.
The hospitality industry is global. Students, who have compulsory or optional work experience as part of their course, have the opportunity to undertake one-year work placement positions all round the world.
Studying overseas gives you the valuable opportunity to broaden your horizons through living and working in another culture. Our students can study at our partner universities in locations such as Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Thailand and USA.
"I did my work placement in Vienna and my study exchange in Australia. Having this experience gives you an advantage in your career and you learn so much about yourself."
