  • Everyone

Glasgow Room, B Building, Harcourt Hill Campus

All are welcome to attend and/or participate in the School of Education Research Conference this summer. The conference theme explores the relationship between research and practice in educational contexts, celebrating research that takes place beyond the university and highlighting academic research that has impact on the wider world. The conference promises to be a day of critical dialogue about the intersections between research and practice, and about the importance of research-informed partnership between universities, schools, and wider society.

The conference will include a traditional stream of 15-minute presentations alongside an open stream of short workshops, dialogues, displays, and performances. The intention is to make the conference as inclusive and diverse as possible. Participants are welcome to present on research at any stage of development. Collaborative presentations including university staff and teachers are very welcome.

If you would like to present, please email a 300-word abstract/summary of your proposed paper/activity to Caroline Blythe (c.blythe@brookes.ac.uk) by 15th April 2018.

Sign up here, there is no cost to attend but numbers are limited.
