Clark Hobson is a Teaching Fellow at Birmingham Law School. He has recently completed his PhD, entitled: ‘Interpretivism and the Four Principles Approach to Biomedical Ethics: Judicial Decision Making in Cases with an Inherently Ethical Content’.
