 Africa versus the ICC: The Proposals for African Regional Criminal Courts with guest speaker Ms Nicole De Silva

Nicole De Silva is the IKEA Research Fellow in International Relations at Lady Margaret Hall and the Department of Politics and International Relations, University of Oxford. Nicole conducts research that combines international relations and international law to understand how international courts promote legal accountability and compliance with international law. She studies international courts around the world, operating in various issue areas, including regional integration, human rights, and international crimes. She has conducted archival and interview research at international courts in Europe and in Africa, where she was a Visiting Research Fellow at the Pan African Lawyers Union.
