Mindful Monday
All Day, SSC Drop In, Gibbs 104 Come and see your SSC for a chat, a cuppa and a biscuit.
11:00-13:00, Wellbeing Workshop, Gibbs 102 Self care session run by Kirsty Holliday. A bitesize version of the Student Minds' Look After Your Mate workshop. Aiming to: Increase your knowledge and understanding of what mental health is. Discuss how to support your own mental wellbeing. Look at practical ways to support a friend you may be concerned about. Tea, coffee and cake provided.
13:15, Pop Up Poetry, School Experience Centre, Harcourt Library Join colleagues and students to read, listen to and enjoy the inner reflection that poetry brings.

14:00-16:00, Afternoon of Craft, Gibbs 102, Come and join in with a knit and stitch session; help us with a group project for the student room, or bring along whatever you've been working on at home.

11:00-14:00, Wellbeing Lunch, Gibbs 102, Join the SSC Team for a mexican lunch.
14:00-18:00, Wellbeing at Harcourt, Westminster Square, A chance to meet new friends and discover common interests with students and staff. Cake provided!
20:00, Zumba, Brookes Sport, A dance workout to upbeat Latin tunes. Book via the Brookes Sport app or website.
Throwback Thursday
10:00-17:00, Re-live your youth, Gibbs 102, Spend some time out enjoying a film marathon, lego building, jigsaw puzzles, mindfulness colouring and plenty of childish treats.
Feelgood Friday
11:00-13:00, Healthy Treats, Gibbs 102, Nutrition for the Mind. Eating well doesn't have to be boring...come and sample some healthy, delicious treats.
14:00-15:00, Introductory Yoga, Sports Studio, Brookes Sport, Stretch the stress away; end the week with a relaxing free introductory yoga session at the Sports Studio.
14:00-16:00, Reading for Relaxation, Westminster Square, Harcourt Campus, Lose yourself in a good book.
