Doctoral student Shey Cobley, who won an award from the Society of IT Management (Socitm) Graham Williamson Challenge Award 2007 is currently on a research visit to India where she is building links with the local and national e-government officers and conducting field work on her thesis. Shey is supervised by Richard Huggins and Barrie Axford. The title of her thesis is "Use of the Internet by National Governments: A Comparative Study of Governance On-line"
