All eligible employees are automatically enrolled into a qualifying pension arrangement and have the right to opt-out if they do not wish to contribute to pension savings. Eligibility for automatic membership is determined by contractual arrangements but, even if you do not meet the criteria you are eligible to join a pension scheme, by opting in. Your contract of employment will confirm which scheme you are eligible for and whether you will be automatically enrolled.
