    Entry requirements

As this course provides a level 7 qualification which is equivalent to postgraduate level study, you will be expected to reflect and write at this level – this will typically be evidenced by an undergraduate degree or equivalent and/or senior level managerial experience. It is expected that you will have experience in executive coaching/mentoring in a leadership/ managerial position. You will need to be able to identify clients to coach/mentor who are working at a strategic level in organisations. If you are unsure that you meet these requirements, please contact us to talk through your individual situation and suitability to the course in more detail.

If you are new to coaching/ mentoring, you are advised to consider the ILM Level 5 programme which is also provided at Brookes. Please ask for details.
