17/01/2020 00:00:00Registration and Abstract submission is now open for our session 'Dynamic organization of the nucleus across kingdoms' at the Society for Experimental Biology Conference in Prague from the 7th -10th July 2020.
23/12/2019 00:00:00The Main meeting for the third grant period of COST Action 16212 (INDEPTH) needed to be held between May 2019 and April 2020. Therefore in order to coincide with an opportunity provided by the Society of Experimental Biology (SEB) Plant
and Cell Symposium, the organising committee decided to hold the meeting in December 2019 in the beautiful location of San Lorenzo de El Escorial in Spain.
20/12/2019 00:00:00Anis Meschichi from Stefanie Rosa's lab at Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences won the poster prize at the SEB-INDEPRTH Main meeting in El Escorial
29/11/2019 00:00:00The final schedule is set for the SEB-INDEPTH meeting on 'Impact of chromatin domains on plant phenotypes'.
12/11/2019 00:00:00The call for Short Term Scientific Missions (STSM) of the COST Action INDEPTH: Impact on Nuclear Domains On Gene Expression and Plants Traits remained OPEN!
22/10/2019 00:00:00A review article from Workgroup 3 entitled 'Chromatin dynamics during interphase and cell division: similarities and differences between model and crop plants' has been published in the Journal of Experimental Botany.
07/10/2019 00:00:00This special issue includes plenty of articles that include members of the INDEPTH consortium.
03/09/2019 00:00:00Proteomics is the large-scale study of the structure and function of proteins in complex biological sample. Current proteomic tools allow high-throughput analyses for the detection, identification, characterization of proteins and its posttranslational modifications.
20/08/2019 00:00:00Probing the 3D architecture of the plant nucleus with microscopy approaches: challenges and solutions.
16/07/2019 00:00:00Our NEXT MAIN MEETING "Nucleus impact" CO-ORGANIZED WITH THE SOCIETY OF EXPERIMENTAL BIOLOGY (SEB) will be located close to MADRID at the fantastic place called El Escorial (9-11th of December 2019).
If you are interested in joining Action please contact the INDEPTH Chairman stating why the research program of your lab would enhance the overall activity of the Action.
