  • Before coming to Oxford Brookes, I was head of foundation programmes at the University of Reading’s Malaysia campus. My other international experience includes teacher training in Nigeria and teaching grade 13 history to students at a Canadian school in Hong Kong. My academic background spans the areas of history, anthropology and applied linguistics. 
    I teach the following modules on the international foundation programme: Orientation to University Studies, International Foundation Project, Foundations of Modern Theory and Belief, and Intercultural Communication.
    My research interests include academic culture, student engagement and diaspora studies.
