  • As In-sessional Undergraduate Subject Co-ordinator, I am responsible for the undergraduate academic English provision for students with English as an additional language (EAL) in Oxford Brookes International. The academic English provision consists of two strands: seven academic English credit bearing modules and a non-credit academic English support service. I have been an Oxford Brookes lecturer since 2000.

    My teaching experience includes 15 years teaching English abroad in Greece and Spain, including posts with the British Council. I have several years' experience as a teacher trainer. This includes training teachers for the local government in Spain and on the Trinity Cert TESOL and CELTA in the UK.
    I co-ordinate and teach on the academic English credit bearing modules, the non-credit academic English support service and also a teacher education module.
