  • I joined Brookes in 2015 and work as a module leader and teacher with the international teaching team.  Prior to this I have worked as an academic literacy tutor with the University of Oxford and on pre-sessional and foundation courses with the University of Warwick, Coventry University and the University of Gloucestershire.

Most of my teaching is on the Oxford Brookes Pre-Master’s programme. As module leader for the reading and research modules my goal is ensuring that students have the experience and skills to navigate, understand and integrate academic texts into their work. I am also dedicated to improving students' digital literacy skills both inside and outside the classroom.
Collaboration with Oxford Brookes MSc Computing students to develop an online academic discourse learning app. Collaborative project with Ann Prince (OBI) to research international students' experience of formative feedback.
