  • I am currently the interim Academic Director of Oxford Brookes International. I have over 25 years teaching and management experience in both the higher education and private language sector and have been working at Oxford Brookes University with international students since 2003. I was previously the Subject Co-ordinator and Senior Lecturer for University English (Oxford Brookes International's pre-sessional English for Academic Purposes and study skills course). In addition to working in the UK, I have worked in Italy, France, Switzerland and the US.
I am the Subject Coordinator for BA Applied Languages (the English as a Foreign Language pathway) and teach across a wide range of English language and study skills modules at Oxford Brookes International.
Having completed a Master's in Online and Distance Education, I am interested in e-learning and the use of technology in teaching and learning, in particular around online assessment and feedback.
