  • Full payment of tuition fees for your first semester/term is required by Friday 19 October 2018. If you have not paid before arriving, you will need to pay on enrolment for access to classes and university facilities.
    Semester 1 dates: Monday 24 September to Thursday 20 December 2018
    The student card allows you to use the University facilities including the Library and computers. You will receive your student card once you have completed face-to-face enrolment at Oxford Brookes.
    Please go to the enrolment and induction section. We can guide you once you arrive, please ask at the Oxford Brookes International Centre reception desk.
    You will be informed of your Academic Adviser’s details during the induction programme at your Subject Co-ordinator's meeting.

    Once you have paid the course fee and completed face-to-face enrolment, you will be given a University email address. Online enrolment does not give you access to your Brookes email. You will be shown how to access this during your induction programme.

    Important information about your course will be sent to your Brookes email account – personal email addresses will not be used once you are enrolled on your programme. Please make sure that you check your Brookes email account daily, as important information will be sent to your Brookes email address throughout your course.

    You will be able to start using the University computers as soon as you have received your student card following face-to-face enrolment.     All banks require proof that you are studying at Oxford Brookes University. To do this you will need to request an ‘attendance certificate’ from the Student Central counter on the ground floor in the John Henry Brookes Building (you will need to bring identification).
