The IT directorate supports the University's strategic goals of enhancing the student experience, research and knowledge exchange, enabling international and partnership engagement and contributing to the development of infrastructure and services.
The IT Executive and Operational Managers Team govern the directorate, supported by the Office of the CIO.
We have 5 departments within IT Services (ITS):
- Office of the CIO,
- Customer Services,
- Information Services,
- Information Security Management,
- IT Planning and Relationships Management.
In January 2019 we signed up to the Tech Talent Charter, as a commitment to growing our diverse tech workforce:
