    All staff and students are given a Brookes user account - students, once they have fully enrolled, and staff on their first day on campus. This account allows you secure access to the University network and systems.

    A student user account comprises of your student number.

    A staff user account is your staff number.

    Alongside your user account you will be issued with a password - this allows you to log into all core University systems, including PIP, where you can change this password to something more memorable to you. (This will need to be 12 characters long and contain upper and lower case letters, numbers and a symbol.) Once logged into PIP you will find guidance for a strong password within the 'password' section.

    Once you have your user account and password - these remain your Brookes credentials for the duration of your relationship with the University.

    To log into Google and eduroam you need to add @brookes.ac.uk after your staff/student number.
