    All staff and students are given a Brookes user account -  that allows you secure access to the University network and systems.

    A student user account comprises of your student number.

    A staff user account is your staff number.

    Alongside your user account you will be issued with a password - this allows you to log into all core University systems, including Student Information, email, calendar (timetable), the virtual learning environment (Moodle) and the HR/finance systems. If you would like to change your password to something more memorable, you can so using password re-set.

    Once you have your user account and password - these remain your Brookes credentials for the duration of your relationship with the University.

    To log into Google and eduroam you need to add @brookes.ac.uk after your staff/student number.
