    Portfolios, Programmes and Projects (P3) governance at Brookes now includes separate boards for Planning and Steering, an Assurance board is being developed.

    • Programme Steering Board - meeting five times a year - is responsible for delivering the strategic IT projects, monitoring exceptions and managing the risk register.
    • Programme Planning Group - meeting once a month - is responsible for assessing pipeline projects with small to medium budgets, recommending project prioritisation and key stage authorisation.
    • Strategic Change and Governance Board -  meeting once a month - is responsible for assessing pipeline projects with large-scale budgets, project prioritisation, strategic alignment and key stage authorisation.
