    Help and support for all students and staff

    Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the IT Service Desk Points on each campus will be closed from Monday 23 March for face-to-face contact. 

    However, the Service Desk service will remain open and staff will be ready to assist you remotely whilst working from home. If you require assistance please call 01865 483 311, or go to service.brookes.ac.uk to log a call or chat with us, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.

    Hardware ordering and delivery 

    We are changing the priorities of hardware ordering and delivery to our staff, so we are currently concentrating on priorities for business continuity during this challenging time. Please bear with us and we will order and deliver your device as soon as we are able to.
