    On campus or off site you can visit the Service Portal for IT assistance 24/7.

    Or you can call 01865 483311 for assistance Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.

    If you need to speak to IT staff there are also IT Service Desk Points, open Monday to Friday, at the following locations:

    Harcourt Hill Campus - B104, 8.30am to 9.30am and 12.30pm to 2.00pm (walk-in availability*)

    Headington Campus

    • Gipsy Lane site: Forum, John Henry Brookes Building - 8.30am to 8.00pm (semester time) and 8.30am to 5.30pm (vacation time)
    • Marston Road site: MRG47 - 8.30am to 9.30am and 12.30pm to 2.00pm (walk-in availability*)

    Swindon Campus - JOFG09B, Swindon Library, 8.30am to 9.30am and 12.30pm to 2.00pm (walk-in availability*)

    Wheatley Campus - H209, Wheatley Library, 8.30am to 9.30am and 12.30pm to 2.00pm (walk-in availability*)
