Whether you are a beginner or an advanced IT user, ECDL can be tailored at three levels to meet your needs. There are four qualifications available to staff, each of which is made up of a combination of units at different levels. The ECDL Traditional and ECDL Advanced qualifications consist of a number fixed mandatory units. In contrast, the ECDL flexiqual qualifications enable you to choose the units you wish to study. Units include Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Presentations, Databases, IT Security, Computer Essentials (Windows 10), Online essentials (Internet), Using Collaborative Technologies (Google Drive and Dropbox), and Improving Productivity. The ECDL flexiqual qualifications include ECDL Advanced and optional units - Online Collaboration (Google Drive) and Project Management.

Taster Session Dates:
Taster sessions take place in the IT Training room, which is located in the Lloyd building on the Headington campus, room LL.G.03. (ground floor Headington Road side, next to the bus stop; download Map)
