Apply for an ICDL course in 4 simple steps.
1. Select your course.
Before applying for an ICDL course, please ensure you have read the ICDL course guide. Also, please consider attending the optional ICDL taster session, currently online, if you have not already done so. You can book a free place on a taster session, using the taster booking form. Details of dates, times, and location are subject to change, and sessions are now one to one online only.
2. Complete the online ICDL application form.
If you are a member of the University, and your faculty or department is funding your course, you will be asked for line manager approval.
If you are a member of the public, and your employer is funding your course, please provide purchase order details.
Otherwise payment is accepted by credit or debit Visa card at the Oxford Brookes online shop.
3. Pay the appropriate fee.
Full details on payment methods, fees, and concessions are described in the ICDL course guide. Select your preferred course below to make the appropriate online payments by credit or debit Visa card.
4. Start your online studies after registration with the British Computer Society.

Registration and Joining Instructions
After receipt of your application form and payment, we will register you with the British Computer Society (BCS). You should receive your ICDL joining instructions within 2 weeks. Once you have been enrolled, concession course fees are non refundable. If you notify us in writing within 14 days of your application, we will provide a refund for courses purchased at standard fee, subject to an administration fee, and provided you have not accessed the online training modules.
