EXPLORE@Brookes - provides structured, personalised learning pathways for new academic staff to develop their research, leadership, teaching and scholarship. A wide range of workshops and briefings, delivered between October to June, are available to any staff
member to attend. Following one of the structured programmes enables staff to gain Associate Fellowship and Fellowship of the HEA. This is delivered in collaboration with the Researcher Development Team.

PSF Pathway - offers mentoring and support to achieve professional recognition (Senior and Principal Fellowship of the HEA) for leading teaching and supporting student learning.

Teaching development funding - two competitive funding schemes are advertised in January each year. Staff can bid for money to undertake scholarly inquiry into teaching and learning the following academic year.

Teaching and Learning - curates events, resources and opportunities that enable all staff at Brookes to teach confidently and effectively and to contribute to the growing community of teaching scholars. For example, find information on using the digital tools,
Moodle,
Zoom and Panopto and
Padlet, on inclusive teaching practice
Inclusive Digital Teacher and join networks of colleagues such as
Scholarship Groups and the growing Teaching-and-Learning-Community.
